摘 要:【目的】对两种传统日光温室骨架结构(钢拱架结构和钢桁架结构骨架)的安全性进行力学分析.【方法】以甘肃省酒泉市的气象条件为例,利用建筑结构计算理论及ANSYS计算软件,两种温室骨架均采用Q235钢,钢拱架拱杆为壁厚3.25mm的DN25镀锌钢管;钢桁架上弦杆为壁厚3.25mm的DN25镀锌钢管,下弦杆为φ12圆钢,腹杆为φ10圆钢;温室结构跨度8m,脊高4m,骨架间距1.0m;前屋面形式为二折式,即前半部分为弧长约为5m的拱形结构,后半部分为长度约为3m的直杆,采光前屋面角66°,直杆与水平面夹角15°,后屋面仰角45°.【结果】在荷载作用的两种工况下(工况1:恒载+使用活荷载+屋面集中活荷载+雪载;工况2:恒载+使用活荷载+屋面集中活荷载+风载),钢拱架结构应力薄弱部位的实际最大应力均超过了材料的强度设计应力值215 MPa,骨架多处部位受力不安全,故该钢拱架存在安全隐患;钢桁架结构骨架所有截面处的应力均小于材料的强度设计应力值,受力安全,该结构安全可用.【结论】钢桁架结构的日光温室,适合大面积推广应用.[Objective] The mechanics analysis was performed on skeleton structure safety of two tradi- tional solar greenhouse (steel arch structure and steel truss structure). [Method] Taking the meteorologic condition of Jiuquan city in Gansu Province as an example, the two types of skeleton structure of traditional solar greenhouse were estimated by building structure calculation theory and ANSYS software. Q235 steel was used in the two greenhouse skeleton. The arch bar of the steel arch was DN25 galvanized steel pipe with 3.25 mm thickness. The upper chord of steel truss was DN25 galvanized steel pipe and its wall thick- ness was 3.25 mm,the lower chord was φ12 round bar steel,and the web member was φ10 round bar steel. The span of the greenhouse structure was 8.0 m and the ridge height was 4.0 re,the space between skele- tons was 1.0 m. The front roof of greenhouses was sectional type its first half was 5. 0 m arch framing and the second half was 3.0 m straight rod of. The lighting surface angle was 66°,the included angle between straight rod and horizontal plane was 15° and the elevation angle of back-roof was 45°. [Result] The results showed that, under the two loading working conditions (1. dead loads + dynamic loads+ roofing loads+ snow loads;2, dead loads+ dynamic loads+ roofing loads+ wind loads), actual maximum stress of the weak position in steel arch structure was beyond the maximum stress value of material strength, and the stress in many position of skeleton was not safe, so there was potential safety hazard in the steel arch. Ac- tual maximum stress on all sections of steel truss structure was less than the design stress of material strength, so the stress of skeleton was safe and the structure could be used safely. [Conclusion] The solar greenhouse with steel truss structure is suitable for extension in large area.
