摘 要:【目的】研究大花黄牡丹种子萌发相关特性,找到较好的生根技术.【方法】以大花黄牡丹种子为试验材料,检测种子安全含水量、种皮透水透气性及种子中萌发抑制物存在部位,并用不同的激素处理种子以促进生根.【结果】大花黄牡丹种子的安全含水量为12.98%;种皮具有一定的透水透气性障碍;种皮粗提液对白菜籽萌发的抑制作用较强;胚乳粗提液对白菜籽的萌发几乎无影响;种子生根前的胚粗提液对白菜籽萌发影响较大,种子生根及萌发后胚粗提液对白菜籽萌发的影响较小;500mg/L赤霉素浸种24h,可以有效促进大花黄牡丹种子生根.【结论】抑制大花黄牡丹种子萌发的主要原因是种皮和胚中存在大量抑制物质;赤霉素能解除其部分休眠,促进种子生根.[Objective] To study the germination characteristics and find a good rooting method of P. ludlowii seeds. [Mehtod] The seeds were used as experiment material,the safe moisture content of seeds, water permeability, breathability of seed coats and the location of germination inhibitors were detected. Moreover, different hormones were tried to promote rooting. [Result] The safe moisture content of seeds was 12.98%. Certain permeability barriers existed in seed coats. Seed coat extracts had strongly impact on Chinese cabbage seed germinatiomEndosperm extracts had little impact on Chinese cabbage seed germina- tion; Embryo extracts taken before seed germination impacted more greatly on Chinese cabbage seed germi-nation which would less impacted by embryo extracts taken after seed germination. Soaking seeds at 500 mg/L GA3 for 2 days was found effective to release the inhibitors and promote seed germination. [Conclu- sion] The main reason for seed germination inhibition of P. ludlowii was lots of inhibitory substances ex- isting in the seed coat and embryo. GAa could release seed dormancy and promote seed rooting.
