藏药矮紫堇解热镇痛抗炎作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探索矮紫堇的解热、镇痛、抗炎作用。方法:采用干酵母和脂多糖(LPS)致大鼠发热模型研究其解热作用;采用醋酸扭体法、热刺激法研究其镇痛作用;用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀方法研究其抗炎作用,并测定血清中丙二醛(MDA),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与炎症组织中MDA,SOD,前列腺素E2(PGE2)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)等指标的水平。结果:矮紫堇可显著降低干酵母和LPS所致发热大鼠的体温;缓解冰醋酸和热刺激所致小鼠疼痛;缓解二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀和角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足肿胀,显著升高血清及炎症组织中SOD的活性(P<0.01或P<0.05),降低了血清及组织中MDA,TNF-α,PGE2等的含量。结论:矮紫堇具有显著的解热、镇痛、抗炎作用。Objective：To observe the antipyretic,analgesic,and anti-inflammatory effects of Corydalis hendersonii Hemsl. Methods：The fever models induced by lipopolysaccharide（LPS） and yeast were employed to test the antipyretie effect in rats. The pain models were established by acetic acid and hot plate in mice. The antiinflammatory effect was studied by the mice ear edema model and the rat paw edema model. The serum levels of super oxide dismutase（SOD） and malondialdehyde（MDA） were examined. The contents of SOD,MDA,prostaglandins（PGE2） and tumornecrosis factor-alpha（TNF-α） in inflammation tissue were determined. Results：Corydalis hendersonii Hemsl decreased the body temperature of rats caused by LPS and yeast,alleviated the pain of mice caused by acetic acid and hot stimulation,and alleviated the mouse ear swelling and the rat toe swelling. The drug significantly increased the activity of SOD in serum and inflammation tissue（P 0. 01 or P 0. 05） and decreased the levels of MDA,PGE2 and TNF-α in serum and inflammation tissue. Conclusion：Corydalis hendersonii Hemsl has outstanding antipyretic,analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
