摘 要:第三代舰载战斗机已成为西方强国海军的空中力量主体,由于三代机的高能量机动性,飞行员在适应这种三代机高机动平台时暴露了与以往二代机飞行员不同的飞行安全、战斗力生成等问题。针对这些问题,通过分析高机动/大过载、高态势感知作战平台对三代舰载机飞行员的影响因素,研究提出飞行员的训练需求和培养途径,可为海军舰载机飞行员培养以及教练装备发展提供参考。The third-generation fighter on the carrier has become the major air power of navy in developed western nations. Due to high-energy maneuver ability of the third-generation fighter, pilots has encounted problems different from the second-generation A/C in flight safety, combat capability, etc. when operating the high maneuverability platform of the third generation fighter. In this regard by analyzing the effects on fighter pilots who are operating on high maneuver/high G-load, high situation awareness operational platform on the thinrd-qeneration carrier, the paper provides the training and cultivation approach after feasible study which can be significantly referred during euhivation of navy carrier fighter pilots and instructor equipment development.
