摘 要:发展利用现代化技术进行规模化经营、企业化管理的家庭农场是解决工业化和城镇化发展导致农村土地闲置最直接最可靠最有效的途径,互联网技术的炙手可热无疑是现代化技术的代表,探究家庭农场主对农业互联网技术选择行为对家庭农场实现现代化农业经营具有实际的重大意义。本文利用对河北省各县市经营规模超过100亩的家庭农场问卷及访谈调查的资料,运用二元Probit模型对农场主性别、年龄等12个因素进行定量分析,发现家庭农场的经营规模、是否实施智能农业管理和农场主对互联网技术认可程度三个因素影响其选择新技术作用较强,对此提出促进我国发展家庭农场使用互联网技术应该提高家庭农场主综合素质、鼓励适当的经营规模,保证有良好的政策环境,同时提高农业互联网技术质量等建议。Development of family farms,which use modern technology for large-scale operation,enterprise management,is the most direct and reliable and effective way to solve the idle rural land problem that have been led by industrialization and urbanization. And the internet is the representative of modern technology. So,it has practical significance since exploring family farmers' internet technology choice behavior helps to achieve modernization of agricultural operations. This article is survey data in which we use questionnaire and interviewed of the representative family farmers in Hebei province. The Probit Model is used for quantitative analysis of sex,age and other twelve factors of family farmers. Finding the scale of family farms,whether to implement the wisdom agricultural management and the recognition degree on the technology of farmers have a strong influence on selecting internet technologies. According to these,the author proposes some recommendations for developing family farms which includes the overall improvement of quality,encouragement appropriate scale of operation,ensuring a good policy environment for family farmers,and improvement of the quality of internet technologies.
