摘　　要：针对当前电商企业物流配送存在的问题,对各电商企业采取的自建物流、依托第三方物流、自建与第三方物流的结合以及众包物流等物流配送方式进行研究与比较,然后提出一系列配送优化建议。According to the existing problems in logistics distribution of electric business enterprise, the article studied and compared four types of logistics, i.e. self built logistics, the third party logistics, the self and the third party logistics and crowdsourcing logistics, and then put forward a series of suggestions to optimize the distribution.
