河北省文化创意产业人员素质存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：在文化创意产业发展过程中,人才发挥了重要的作用。当前河北省文化创意从业人员素质受整体文化创意产业发展层次水平和教育相对滞后的制约,存在管理层前瞻性不够、创意人才创新素质较弱、文化底蕴不足和能力结构符合性不够的问题。为此从人才培养和政府支持角度提出了文化创意产业人员素质提升对策。In the process of cultural creative industry development, talents play an important role. In this paper, the study found that the current cultural creative personnel quality in Hebei province is not satisfied, such as management prospective is not enough, creative talent innovation quality is weak, lacking of cultural background and conformity ability structure. From the perspective of talent cultivation and government support, personnel quality promotion countermeasures are put forward.
