配电网馈线自动化不停电测试方法探讨

摘　　要：对配电网馈线自动化的基本功能构成进行了简单描述,分析了配电网馈线自动化功能不停电测试的原理,提出了一种简单、有效的配电网馈线自动化功能不停电测试方法。运用此方法,完成了西宁供电公司56条配电线路馈线自动化功能的测试,取得了良好的测试效果。在实际测试中通过与其他测试方法进行对比发现,此方法具有被测试线路不停电、无需大量测试人员和多台测试设备、测试过程简便、涮试效果好等优点,在行业内可以推广使用。This passage briefly described the basic function composition of feeder automation of the electric power distribution network,analyzed the principle of the live test for the feeder automation system,and then proposes an easy and effective live test method for feeder automation＇s function of the electric power distribution network. By using this method,the test of feeder automation function for 56 distributing lines of Xining Power Supply Company was made with good test results. The comparison with other test methods in actual test shows that this method has many advantages such as no power failure of the tested circuit,no need for large number of personnel nor many test equipment,and simple test process with good results,and can be popularized among the industry.
