摘 要:根据分子蒸馏的基本原理,温度和真空度是影响分子蒸馏的重要因素.将数字真空表和气体流量控制器应用到PLC设备中,建立一套真空度闭环控制系统,从而实现实时反馈,达到稳定真空度的目的.在温度控制方面,采用蒸馏器提前预热和优化PLC温度控制系统的方法,通过检测、控制、显示和报警四大功能进一步提高分离纯度.According to the basic principle of molecular distillation, temperature and vacuum degree are the impor- tant factors that affect the molecular distillation. The digital vacuum meter and gas flow controller are applied to the PLC equipment to establish a set of vacuum degree closed loop control system, so as to realize the real - time feed- back, so as to achieve the goal of stable vacuum degree. In the aspect of temperature control, the method of prehea- ting and optimizing the PLC temperature control system is adopted, and the four functions of detection, control, dis- play and alarm are realized to further improve the separation purity.
