摘 要:通过对比分析江苏省盐城市大丰区沿海滩涂不同利用类型土壤有机碳(SOC)的含量与分布特征,探讨了围垦年限及土壤理化性质对SOC贮量的影响。结果显示,大丰沿海滩涂不同利用类型的SOC平均含量为:DF4(3.72 g/kg,农用地,围垦43年)〉DF1(2.30 g/kg,互花米草潮滩)〉DF3(2.25 g/kg,农用地,围垦23年)〉DF2(1.62 g/kg,未利用地,围垦5年)。在垂直分布上,耕作表土层(0-20 cm)SOC含量最高,耕作层以下(20-70cm)随土层深度增加SOC含量逐渐减少。此外,SOC含量与全氮(TN)、全磷(TP)呈极显著正相关,与p H呈极显著负相关,与平均粒径呈显著负相关。研究表明,围垦后的土地,农业活动对土壤表土层的理化性质的影响增强,进而影响到SOC含量的分布,且随着围垦年限的增长,农业活动对SOC含量的影响程度不断加深,并探讨了这一影响过程。Based on analyzing soil organic carbon (SOC) and its distribution of different typos in Yancheng, Jiangsu, province, effects of different reclamation years and soil physical-chemical properties on SOC content were discussed. Results showed that in the Dafeng coastal areas, the mean SOC content of different land-use types increased gradually, DF4 (3.72 g/kg, farmland, with the reclamation age of 43 a) 〉DF1 (2.30g/kg, Spartinaalterniflormarsh) 〉DF3 (2.25g/kg, farmland, 23a) 〉DF2 (1.62 g/kg, unused land, 5 a). The vertical distribution, especially the surface layer 0 -20 cm, was high in SOC with complicated changes, and the SOC decreased with soil depth. In addition, the results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between SOC, TN and TP. With reclamation, these corre- lations were gradually enhanced. This study shows that human activities have a higher effect on the topsoil physical and chemical properties, which affect the distribution of SOC in reclaimed areas. And with the growth of the reclamation age, human activities have a deeper correlation with SOC.
