摘  要:采用固相反应法制备出了(1-x)(Sr_(0.84)Pb_(0.16))O_3-xBi(Mg_(1/2)Ti_(1/2))O_3陶瓷((1-x)SPT-x BMT,x=0~0.08).研究了Bi(Mg_(1/2)Ti_(1/2))O_3对SPT陶瓷结构、介电性能及储能特性的影响.结果表明BMT与SPT可形成固溶体,BMT的引入能增强材料的弛豫特性.当添加Bi(Mg_(1/2)Ti_(1/2))O_3的6%时,在1 270℃的温度下烧结获得了具有优异的性能:ε_r=1 980,tanδ=0.00325,E_b=16 k V/mm,储能密度J=0.544 J/cm^3(E=11 k V/mm时)的高压陶瓷电容器储能材料.(1-x)(Sr_(0.84)Pb_(0.16)) O_3-x Bi( Mg_(1/2)Ti_(1/2)) O_3(( 1-x) SPT-x BMT,x = 0 ~ 0.08) ceramics were prepared by the conventional mixed oxide method.The effects of Bi( Mg_(1/2)Ti_(1/2)) O_3( BMT) on the structure,dielectric properties and energy storage characteristic of( Sr,Pb) TiO_3 ceramics were studied.The results indicated that BMT and SPT formed a solid solution with perovskite structure.With the addition of BMT,a change from a normal ferroelectric behavior to a relaxor-like behavior was observed.The 0.94( Sr_(0.84)Pb_(0.16))O_3-0.06Bi( Mg_(1/2)Ti_(1/2)) O_3 ceramics sintered at 1 270 ℃ exhibited attractive properties of ε_r= 1 980,tanδ = 0.003 25,E_b= 16 k V/mm,J = 0.544 J/ cm^3( at E = 11 k V/mm),which is suitable for the application of high voltage capacitors.
