理工科应用型人才职业能力发展的对策研究

摘　　要：大学生职业能力发展与大学生就业、创新创业发展有着密切的联系。在全球职业能力体系逐渐发展和标准化的背景下,我国大学生职业能力培养比重的增加已使之成为促进大学生职业发展的普适方法。本文通过理工科应用型大学生职业能力发展现状调查,提出了大学生职业能力培养的核心目标与存在的问题,并阐述了大学生职业能力提升的对策,以期加强大学生就业能力指导,帮助大学生完成迈向职业生涯的第一步。The development of career ability of college students has strong connections with university students＂ employment and their innovation. With the development and standardization of the global career ability system, the increase in ratio of the cultivation of the career ability of college students has made it a common method to improve career development. In this paper, through the investigation of the current situation of the development of science and engineering application talents＇ career ability, the vital goal and the relevant problems have been mentioned. Also, the solution to the improvement of college students＂ career ability is interpreted in order to enhance the instruction on the employment of college students and help them take the very first step to their career.
