摘　　要：管理会计研究大多集中于技术方法层面,但从管理会计实践发展来看,管理会计人才能力直接影响其实践效果。本文立足中国管理会计实务发展现实需要,在经济较为发达的江苏地区,以问卷调查的形式了解企业对管理会计的实际需求,进而探讨管理会计人才的知识与能力结构,为构建中国企业管理会计人才评价体系提供依据。Most of the research on management accounting focuses on technical methods.From the perspective of the development of management accounting practice,the ability of management accountants directly affects its practical effect.In this paper,we investigated the large and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu,discussed the knowledge and ability of management accountants,providing the basis for enterprise management accountants evaluation system.
