摘 要:采用碱激发矿渣一膨润土系隔离墙材料以研究其施工和易性及强度特性,并研究其满足可二次开发利用的污染场地条件下的工程特性,在不同砂土比、碱激发矿渣掺量、膨润土掺量以及不同龄期条件下进行了坍落度、无侧限抗压强度和直剪试验.坍落度试验结果表明,标准坍落度Ss与迷你坍落度Sm之间具有线性关系,满足施工和易性要求的含水率范围所对应的迷你锥坍落度为25.5—75.5mm.无侧限抗压强度试验结果表明,无侧限抗压强度q。随养护龄期增长和碱激发矿渣掺量增大而增大,而膨润土掺量对无侧限抗压强度影响微小.直剪试验结果表明,随着养护龄期由14d增长至28d、碱激发矿渣掺量由5%增大到15%,黏聚力显著增加,内摩擦角降低,而膨润土掺量对内摩擦角影响较小.MgO-activated slag and bentonite ( GMB ) is used to research the workability and strength performance of vertical slurry cutoff wail. And engineering characteristics of GMB cutoff wall meeting the requirements of redevelopment and utilization of contaminated site are studied. The slump tests, unconfined compressive strength test and direct shear test are conducted under different sand- soil ratio, MgO-activated slag dosage, bentonite dosage and different curing time. The slump test re- sults show that the standard slump S~ and the mini slump Sm of GMB backfill have a linear relation- ship. When the value of mini slump is in the range of 25.5 to 75.5 ram, the GMB backfill is able to meet its construction workability requirements. The unconfined compressive strength test results show that the qu values of GMB specimens increase with the curing time and the content of MgO-activated slag increasing, while the content of bentonite puts insignificant impact on qu. The direct shear test results show that the cohesive force of GMB specimens increases remarkably and the friction of GMB decreases when the curing time changes from 14 d to 28 d and the content of MgO-activated slag increases from 5% to 15%, while the content of bentonite has little effect on the friction.
