摘 要:为了获得煤岩组分分离的最佳药剂制度,以神木王家沟煤为研究对象,分别采用调整剂HCl和NaOH、AlCl_3溶液调节煤岩单组分的表面电位,并添加不同捕收剂进行浮选试验。试验结果表明:当镜质组与惰质组的表面电位相反,捕收剂用量分别为20、60 mg/L时,CTAB对煤岩单组份的分离效果最好;将某一煤岩组分表面电位调至零电点时,添加浓度为100 mg/L的DTAB,可使镜质组与惰质组的富集率分别达到77.71%和73.56%,实现二者的高效分离。In order to determine optimum regime of agents for better separation of petrographic components,flotation test is conducted with coal from Shenmu Wangjiagou Mine as the object of study. The test is made through adjustment of the surface potential of each component with HCl,NaOH and AlCl3 solution respectively and using different kinds of collectors. Test result indicates that: when vitrinite and inertinite have opposite surface potentials,a best result of separation of these 2 maceral can be attained by using CTAB( cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide) as the collector at dosage of 20 mg / L and 60 mg / L respectively; and when the surface potential of a certain maceral is adjusted to zero electrical point,the enrichment rates of vitrinite and inertinite can go up to 77. 71% and 73. 56% respectively with the use of DTAB( dodecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide) as collector at a dosage of 100 mg / L,making it possible for the 2 macerals to be effectively separated.
