摘  要:针对龙门煤矿煤炭较脆易碎,泥化程度高,原煤发热量较低且波动大,硫含量较高,销售困难的问题,结合同一井田郭村矿、嵩山矿煤质特性和产品销售市场,选择了干法分选加工提质方案。工业试验和生产实践结果表明:干法分选工艺对水分低、泥化程度高、洗选不够经济的易选煤具有良好的分选效果,并且投资少,安装调试周期短,工艺控制难度低,加工成本低。The coal produced by Longmen Coal Mine is friable in nature with high degree of size degradation,high sulfur,and low calorific value,making it very hard to find to find a ready market. After an investigation of the properties of the raw coal produced by two adjacent mines,Guocun and Songshan,in the same coalfield,and the marketing condition of their products,a dry cleaning method is finally selected for upgrading Longmen coal. Result of industrial test and field application of the method demonstrates that the use of the method is highly effective for treating the low-moisture easy-to-clean Longmen coal. It would be economically unjustified if the coal is,otherwise,treated by wet method for its liability to undergo size degradation in water. The dry cleaning method proves to be cost-effective,low in initial and operating costs,short in lead time and there is less difficulty to control the coal cleaning operations.
