摘　　要：针对众泰煤焦化选煤厂精煤水分偏高的问题,通过分析煤质特性,查找工艺设计和生产操作中存在的问题,优化工艺与设备,使最终精煤综合水分由17.10%下降至11%以下,取得了良好的经济效益与社会效益。The clean coal product produced by ZCCC ＇s coal preparation plant is considerably high in moisture. Following an analysis of the raw coal property,an investigation is made into the existing process design and the problems found in coal cleaning and dewatering operations for optimization of cleaning process and equipment. Though the optimization effort,the composite moisture of the final clean coal product is reduced from 17. 10% down to below 11%,bringing about a favourable social and economic benefit for the plant.
