摘　　要：对《小品方》中煮散方进行服法、服量、主治病证等方面的初步探讨,总结《小品方》煮散方的应用情况和特点。《小品方》中煮散方每次服法、服量依据疾病、个体的差异有明显的不同,其主治病证涉及内、外、妇、儿、金疮急救等多种疾病,但以内伤杂病、妇科疾病为多,对于外感热病可谓是《小品方》创新内容最集中的一卷,其煮散方对于临床具有较高的应用价值。An initial discussion on the method of taking medicine,dosage of medicine and indications of medicine,in Xiao Pin Fang was carried out to summarize the application and characteristics of Zhusan Prescriptions( Decoctions made from power). The method of taking medicine and dosage of medicine in Xiao Pin Fang concerning Zhusan Prescriptions have significantly difference based on the change of the diseases and individuals; The Zhusan Prescriptions of main medical treatment syndromes involve in a variety of diseases which cover internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics and first aid,however,the diseases of Miscellaneous and gynecological are more than others. For the exogenous febrile diseases,the Zhusan Prescriptions are most innovative content in Xiao Pin Fang. These prescriptions have extremely better value for clinical application.
