从肺论治皮肌炎探析

摘　　要：阐述"肺主皮毛"的含义,提出从肺论治皮肌炎的理论基础。从中医角度分析皮肌炎病因病机,结合现代生理病理学方面对肺和皮肤关系的研究,探寻中医从肺系角度治疗皮肌炎的理论根据。根据皮肌炎发病初期、中期、后期三个阶段临床表现的不同,分为肺气不足,卫外不固;湿热侵肺,热蕴肌肤;气阴两虚,瘀阻脉络三个证型,分别进行论治。This paper expounds the scientific meaning of ＂lung lord fur＂, explain the theoretical basis on treatment of dermato- myositis from lung. From the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine analysis of etiology and pathogenesis of dermatomyositis, combined with modem physiological and pathological study of the relationship between lung and skin, explore the traditional Chinese medicine evidences for about the treatment of dermatomyositis from the viewpoint of the lung. According to the three stages of dermato- myositis in the early onset , metaphase, and anaphase , dermatomyositis is divided into three types ： insufficiency of lung - Qi, weak- ened protective -energy; damp heat invading lung, heat accumulated in the skin; deficiency of both Qi and Yin, blood stasis in the context were on treatment respectively.
