摘　　要：人力资本是企业竞争优势的第一来源。随着江苏制造业低成本劳动力竞争优势逐步削减,江苏制造业迫切需要构建"走出去"的新优势,而人力资本是影响其"走出去"的关键因素。通过对江苏制造业的比较优势进行测度,分析江苏制造业及分行业的人力资本需求,探讨江苏制造业人力资本优势重塑的基础,为江苏制造业"走出去"提供政策建议。Human capital is the first source of competitive advantage for enterprises.As competitive advantage（low labor costs）of Jiangsu manufacturing industry gradually reduced,there has been an urgent need to build new advantages with ＂going out＂ strategy.And human capital is one of the key factors affecting its going out.This paper evaluated the comparative advantages of Jiangsu manufacturing industry,analyzed the human capital demand in manufacturing industry and its sub sectors, and discussed the basis of human capital advantage reconstruction,in order to provide policy recommendations to go out for the manufacturing industry of Jiangsu.
