摘　　要：目的探讨1例乙状窦憩室致搏动性耳鸣的心理治疗,并复习乙状窦憩室的病因、诊断及治疗.方法运用心理疗法中的暗示疗法、情绪疗法、音乐疗法、读书疗法,必要时运用一定量的安慰剂.结论心理治疗具有操作简便、创伤微小、疗效肯定,所以在未来的数年,随着心理治疗在临床领域的进一步发展和提高,将可能促进耳鸣领域对心理治疗的认可和推广,更有助于对合并耳鸣的其他相关疾病的诊断和治疗.Objective To report a case of pulsatile tinnitus caused by sigmoid sinus diverticulum treated with psychotherapy. The etiology, diagnosis and treatment of sigmoid sinus diverticulum are also reviewed. Methods Psychotherapies,including suggestion therapy, rational-emotive therapy, music therapy and reading therapy, were applied. When necessary,doses of placebos were also used. Conclusion Psychotherapy is simple and non-invasive, with proven effectiveness. In the coming years, as utility of psychotherapy in clinical practice continues to grow, it may gain increasing acceptance in the management of tinnitus and help improve the diagnosis and treatment of comorbid diseases.
