摘 要:作为互联网+教育的一种模式,慕课近几年来在中国得到了迅速的发展。众多综合性较强的高校纷纷加入国际慕课平台,在引进吸收国际优质慕课课程的同时积极开创新的慕课课程。上海外国语大学"跨文化交际"慕课上线表明,以慕课形式推进高等教育国际化,需要有官方的支持、资金的投入、整体的规划、优秀的教师队伍和精良的制作技术。然而,我国高校课程资源建设能力的总体不足、上线共享课程的选择范围狭窄以及上线课程的语言选择都是推进国际化面临的现实难题。此外,以慕课形式推进高等教育国际化的进程中,政治安全、本土化和国际化的关系以及慕课的工具性等问题值得关注。As a model of Intemet + education, MOOCs, in the past several years, have achieved rapid development in China. A large number of universities with comprehensive capacities have joined the platform of MOOCs, trying to open up new on- line courses as well as taking in high - quality international Courses from other countries. The first online course "Inter- cultural Communication" of SISU indicates that to promote the internationalization of higher education by means of MOOCs, government support, funding and overall planning of the school, excellent teachers and excellent production technology are necessary guarantees. However, the overall lack of curriculum resources for capacity - building, the narrow range of options of online courses and the selection of language used in online classes are the practical problems to be solved. Furthermore, such issues as political security, the relationship between localization and internationalization and the instrumental function of MOOCs deserve our attention.
