四维视角下工程管理专业参与式教学模式改革探讨

摘　　要："以生为本,师生互动"为核心的参与式教学模式改革有利于激发学生的好奇心,提高教学效果。文章从"学生、课程、教材和教法"新视角展开论述,即:学生维度,强调学生主体性地位的确立;课程维度,理清基础知识全面性、内容深度适度提升、理论结合实际三者的关系;教材维度,做到选对教材和活用教材;教法维度,注重培养学生发现问题的意识。在今后教学中应正确处理上述四维视角之间的关系,达到提升教学质量的目标。The innovation of teaching model, whose core is defined as study oriented and teacher- student interaction, can inspire students＇ curiosity and improve teaching effects. This article expounded in four new angles that are students, course, textbook and teaching method. In perspective of students, emphasize the establishment of students＇ subject status. In perspective of course, make the relations clear between comprehensive basic knowledge, proper enhancement of the course depth and the combination of theory and practice. In perspective of textbook, choose right textbook and well ex- plore it. In perspective of teaching method, cultivate students＇ problems finding consciousness. In the future teaching process, it is important to correctly handle the relations between the four perspectives so as to improve the level of teach- ing.
