摘　　要：目的探讨心电触发非对比增强磁共振下肢静脉成像(NCE-MRV)的护理要点。方法应用1.5T超导磁共振系统对17例患者行下肢NCE-MRV,检查前、检查中和检查后分别对患者进行相应护理,针对成像质量造成重要影响的要素要尤其加以注意。结果在优质护理的前提下,本组所有患者均顺利完成检查,图像质量优、良的血管节段分别为63.32%和33.56%。结论下肢NCE-MRV安全、图像质量优良;优质的护理是检查成功的重要保障。ObjectiVe To evaluate nursing care measurements of the patients who underwent ECG-triggered non-contrast-en- hanced magnetic resonance venography （NCE-MRV） for lower extremities. Methods 17 patients with nursing care who under- went NCE-MRV for lower extremities. All patients were given careful and considerate nursing care, especially payed close atten- tion to particular factors influencing image quality. Results All patients completed examination successfully. Excellent and good image qualities were achieved in 63.32% and 33.56% of all vascular segments. Conclusion NCE-MRV for lower extremities is feasible and safe. Nursing care plays a crucial role in guaranteeing success of the examination.
