摘  要:针对传统五金模具抬料块采用整体式设计的不足,提出一种新型模具抬料块的结构优化设计。在保证抬料块与产品的接触面积、受力情况不变条件下,抬料块线割成弓型结构,采用部分分离的方法,把抬料块需要避位部分设计成独立结构。结果表明:新的抬料块结构不但强化各个模板的强度,还有效延长模具的寿命,并对五金件的设变、更改预留剩余空间,有效提高产品的互换性。Focusing on the problem of the traditional hardware mold lifting block using the overall shape, a new structure optimization design of mold lifting block is proposed. Under the condition that the connect area between the lifting block and the product is guaranteed and the force is unchanged, the lifting block was cut into a bow-type structure. With partial separation method, the part of the lifting block need to change was designed into independent structure. The results show that the new material structure not only strengthens the strength of each template, but also prolongs the life of the die effectively, and reserves the effective remaining space for the setting and changing of the hardware. The new design of mold lifting block effectively improve the service life of the mold, and improve product interchangeability.
