摘　　要：以进口铁矿石检验流程中检验数据分析为基础,首先对生产商和贸易商赋以基础分,再采用梯形扣分法引入模糊权重进行扣分,并以重量代替批次对评分进行科学调整,得出最终的信用评价,据此对贸易各方采用不同监管策略,并通过动态黑名单制度实现风险预警。该方法对于提高检验检疫工作效率和保证我国进口铁矿石质量具有重要意义。In this research,based on the data analysis in the inspection process of import iron ore,an initial score is set to the producers and traders at first,then a deduction will be made according to the fuzzy weighting theory. After adjusting the final score by cargo weight instead of batch,a credit rate of the ore trade parties can be conducted. On this basis,different supervision measures will be adopted to the corresponding parties. Meanwhile,quick risk alert has been realized throughout the dynamic black list system. This approach will improve efficiency of the inspection and quarantine and have great significance to guarantee the quality of imported iron ore in China.
