摘　　要：由司法部主办的上合组织成员国丝绸之路法律服务国际论坛11月23日在浙江省义乌市开幕。近日，中共中央政治局委员、中央政法委书记孟建柱就加强与上合组织成员国法律服务领域的合作提出要求，强调要进一步加强司法部门间的沟通交流，充分发挥法治引领作用，为“一带一路”建设提供优质的法律服务，为促进区域和平稳定、繁荣发展作出新贡献。The International Forum on Legal Service along the Silk Road among SCO Member Countries opened on November 23 in Yiwu city of Zhejiang Province, which was organized by the Ministry of Justice. Recently, Meng Jianzhu, member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee and Secretary of Central Politics and Law Committee, spoke on strengthening cooperation in legal service with member countries of Shanghai Cooperation Organization （SCO）, and he noted that inter departmental communication should be further promoted to give full play to the leading role played by rule of law, offering quality legal service to the construction of ＂Belt and Road Initiative＂, making new contribution to regional peace, stability, prosperity and development.
