摘　　要：当前事业单位处在不断的改革与发展中,与此同时,事业单位档案管理工作也需要加强改革并不断创新。因此,分析档案管理工作的重要性,找出档案管理工作中的缺陷,提出具有创新性的解决思路,对事业单位档案管理工作的发展有着极为重要的作用。The public institutions have been through the continuous development and reform nowadays, at the same time, the archive management should be strengthened. Therefore, to analyze the significance of archive management, find the defects in the management, and propose the innovative solving thoughts are important for the development of archive management of the public institutions.
