摘　　要：目的探讨以家庭为中心的护理干预对先天性心脏病患儿家庭照料者生活质量的影响。方法对3岁以下先天性心脏病患儿家庭照料者97名实施入院阶段、住院期间及出院后全程以家庭为中心的护理干预。并评价干预前后照料者的生活质量和焦虑抑郁情况。结果干预后照料者的生活质量评分提高(P<0.01),焦虑和抑郁评分降低(P<0.01)。结论以家庭为中心的护理干预能够提高先天性心脏病患儿家庭照料者的生活质量,减少或消除其焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪。Objective To discuss the influence of family - centered nursing intervention on caregivers＇quality of life in families of children with congenital heart disease. Methods Totally,97 caregivers of 0 ~ 3 years children with congenital heart disease were implemented with family - centered nursing intervention, during admission,hospitalization, and after discharge. Caregivers＇life quality,anxiety and depression were assessed before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the score of caregivers＇life quality was increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）, anxiety and depression were decreased（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The use of family -centered nursing intervention can improve family caregivers＇life quality of children with congenital heart disease,reduce or eliminate anxiety,depression and other negative emotions.
