摘 要:目的探讨分项学习健康教育模式在COPD合并糖尿病患者胰岛素笔注射中的应用效果。方法将234例COPD合并糖尿病患者按随机数字表法分为实验组(114例)和对照组(120例),对照组采用传统模式进行胰岛素笔注射健康教育,实验组采用分项学习健康教育模式进行胰岛素笔注射及相关知识的健康教育。结果实施分项学习健康教育模式后实验组患者胰岛素注射知识掌握率高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组患者对健康教育的满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论分项学习健康教育模式的实施有利于患者掌握胰岛素治疗的相关知识及正确的注射技术,提高患者对护理服务的满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of item - by - item learning health education mode on the injection with insulin pen in COPD combined with diabetes patients. Methods 234 patients were divided into the experimental group (n = 114 ) and the control group (n = 120). The control group took the traditional health education mode,and the experimental group received the item -by -item learning health education mode on the injection with insulin pen. Results The acquisition rates of the knowledge on injection with insulin pen and the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group were significant different with the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The item - by - item learning health education mode is beneficial to improve the acquisition of the knowledge and the satisfaction of patients.
