改良式腹膜透析短管保护裤降低出口处合并症的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨改良式腹膜透析短管保护裤在临床的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月至2015年12月行腹膜透析治疗的患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组使用传统的腰带式腹膜透析短管保护袋,观察组使用改良式腹膜透析短管保护裤,6个月后比较两组患者腹膜透析短管出口处并症发生率。结果观察组患者腹膜透析短管的出口处合并症发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用改良式腹膜透析短管保护裤,管路不易牵拉移位,出口处并症发生率减少。Objective To explore the application effect of modified peritoneal dialysis tube protection pants in clinic. Methods Picked up 100 cases peri- toneal dialysis patients from January 2012 to December 2015 in the center,randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 50 cases in each group, the control group used the traditional belt type short protection bag in peritoneal dialysis patients, the observation group used modified peritoneal dial- ysis tube protection short pants,compared the rate of complication of two groups after 6 months. Results The observation group of patients with peritoneal dialy- sis tube at complications was lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion By using the modified peritoneal dialysis tube protection pants,pipeline is not easy to pull shift and it can reduce the incidence of complications at the exit.
