摘　　要：耳廓缺损与畸形在临床上较为常见,主要原因有先天性小耳畸形、外伤、烧伤、肿瘤和感染等。行耳郭再造时耳郭支架材料的选择至关重要,其是保证耳郭再造成功并维持再造耳郭形态稳定的重要部分。近年来,多孔高密度聚乙烯耳支架以其良好的组织相容性、稳定的再造耳郭形态而越来越多的应用于临床。The defect and malformation of auricle are clinically common, it＇s primary causes include congenital microtia, trau- ma, burn, tumour and infection and so on. The auricular framework is always crucial for ear reconstruction, it＇s an important part that assure the success of auricle reconstruction and maintain the auricle. In recent year, Porous high-density polyethylene auricular framework was applied to ear reconstruction more and more because of its excellent histocompatibility and stabilization.
