摘　　要：As an official transaction of Foundry Institution of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society （FICMES）, FOUNDRY journal （monthly, edited in Chinese） started publication in 1952. It covers the whole fields of foundry technologies for iron, steel and non-ferrous castings. It mainly reports advanced scientific and technological achievements, applied technologies, production and management experiences, recent development and information at home and abroad, and advertises for both Chinese and foreign manufacturers.
