摘  要:披碱草(Elymus dahuricus)为抗寒、耐旱、耐碱、抗风沙能力均较强,根系发达,对盐碱土壤有较强的适应性,各种营养成分相对较高,具有极高饲用价值的优良牧草。研究在室内人工模拟盐胁迫条件下,测定分布于呼伦贝尔市陈巴尔虎旗和乌兰察布市四子王旗的披碱草幼苗叶细胞膜透性和游离脯氨酸含量变化。结果表明,随着盐处理强度的提高,叶片细胞膜透性和游离脯氨酸含量均增加,随盐胁迫强度幼苗叶相对电导率值和脯氨酸积累量相关性有一定差异;来源为陈巴尔虎旗和四子王旗的披碱草幼苗叶相对电导率变化与脯氨酸含量系数分别为0.809和0.961。说明来源于四子王旗的披碱草耐盐性强于陈巴尔虎旗的披碱草,并且不同环境中长期生长过程中形成了盐胁迫等逆境的适应方式的遗传差异。Elymus dahuricus has strong ability in the resistance to cold, sand and wind, as well as drought and alkali tolerance. Its root system is well developed and it has a strong adaptability to saline soil, and its nutrient content is relatively high and it can be used as an excellent pasture with high feeding value. In this study, the cell membrane permeability and free pdoline content of Elymus dahuricus seedlings were determined under indoor salt stress conditions.The changes of cell membrane permeability and free proline content of Elymus dahuricus seedlings were determined in Chenbaerhu Banner and Siziwang Banner of Inner Mongolia.The results showed that the membrane permeability and free proline content increased with the increase of salt treatment intensity, and there was a significant difference between the relative coinductivity and proline accumulation of seedlings under salt stress. The relative electrical conductivity and proline content coefficients from Chenbaerhu Banner and Siziwang Banner were 0.809 and 0.961 respectively. The results showed that the salt tolerance of Elymus sibiricus from Siziwang was stronger than that from Chenbaerhu, and the genetic variation of adaptation to the salt stress was formed during long-term
