朱邦贤升清降浊、祛毒固肾法治疗IgA肾病经验赏析

摘　　要：介绍朱邦贤教授以升清降浊、祛毒固肾法治疗IgA肾病的临床经验。认为本病病机为升降失常、清浊不分,脏腑受损与邪毒壅阻互为标本;治疗以方证相对、大方复法为基础,善用升清降浊、祛毒透邪之法,辅以辛温振奋、扶助动气及补肾益精、还于诸脏之法。并附验案1则。This paper introduced Professor Zhu Bangxian＇ s clinical experience in treating IgA nephropathy with methods of ascending the clear and descending the turbid, removing poison and reinforcing the kidney. He considers that the pathogenesis of this disease is disturbance of ascending and descending and disorder of clear and turbid. Organs damage and toxin obstruction is mutual manifestation and root for each other. Based on the corresponding of prescription and syndrome and combination formula and complex therapy, the treatments make good use of methods of ascending the clear and descending the turbid, removing poison and dispelling evil combined with drugs pungent in flavor and warm in property to rise and support qi movement, and tonifying the kidney and nourishing the essence to restore the organs. One proven case was recorded.
