试论吴鞠通承气汤类方及其临床应用

摘　　要：试论吴鞠通承气汤类方及其临床应用。吴鞠通在《温病条辨》中对仲景的三承气汤进行了继承,并使之发扬光大,扩展了临床使用范围,丰富了热病辨治体系。通过条分缕析并比较《温病条辨》承气汤类方及其加减方的条文,探讨吴氏承气汤方对于仲景下法的继承与变通,总结其作用机制与组方用药习惯,旨在探讨承气汤类方的使用规律及临床应用方法。This paper discussed Chengqi Decoction associated prescriptions and clinical application by Wu Jutong. Wu Jutong inherited Sanchengqi Decoction that proposed by Zhang Zhongjing and made it flourish in Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases （ Wenbing Tiaoblan） , which expanded clinical application category and enriched the differentiation and treatment system of fever. By making careful and detailed analysis and comparison on the Chengqi Decoction associated prescriptions and the modified formula in Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Diseases, this paper discussed the inheritance and change of Wu＇ s Chengqi Decoction for Zhang Zhongjing＇ s purgative method, and summarized the mechanism and common used prescriptions, which aimed to investigate the medication rule and clinical application of Chengqi Decoction associated prescriptions.
