摘 要:研究了异辛醇、仲辛醇、TBP和酒精作为改性剂对N235从镍钼矿酸浸液中萃取Mo的作用,并确定了最佳萃取温度和时间以及反萃剂浓度和反萃时间。结果表明,TBP消除萃取过程所产生第三相的效果最佳,是最适宜的改性剂。最佳萃取体系组成(体积分数)为20%N235+20%TBP+煤油,该萃取体系在20℃时萃Mo效果最佳,60s内即达到萃取平衡;经三级逆流萃取后,该萃取体系对Mo的萃取率为98.84%。反萃剂氨水的最佳浓度为8mol/L,反萃达到平衡所需时间为5min;经两级逆流反萃后,氨水可将99%以上的Mo反萃下来。Effects of isooctanol,2-octanol,TBP and alcohol as the modifiers were studied on molybdenum extraction from acid leaching solution of Ni-Mo ore with N235.The optimal extraction temperature and time,stripping reagent concentration and stripping time were determined.The results show that TBP has the best effect of eliminating the third phase and it is the most suitable modifier.The optimal extraction system composition(volume fraction)is 20% N235+20% TBP+kerosene.The above extraction system has the best molybdenum extraction results at 20 ℃ and the extraction equilibrium time of 60 s.After 3-stage countercurrent extraction,molybdenum extraction rate is 98.84%.The optimal concentration of ammonia as the stripping reagent is 8mol/L,and stripping equilibrium takes 5min.After 2-stage countercurrent stripping,molybdenum stripping rate is greater than 99% by ammonia.
