摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了TiO_2和CdS-TiO_2光催化剂。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见吸收光谱仪(UV-Vis)对TiO_2、CdS-TiO_2光催化剂进行表征。结果表明,500℃真空处理TiO_2为锐钛矿相,CdS为六方相;当CdS的掺杂量为5%(摩尔分数,全文同)时,CdS-TiO_2颗粒最细小;Cd、S原子比接近1∶1;CdS的掺入使TiO_2吸收边红移。随着CdS掺杂量的增加,CdS-TiO_2光电流先增强后减弱,5%CdS-TiO_2的光电流达到最大,为1.2mA/cm2。在可见光下降解亚甲基蓝的实验结果表明,随着CdS掺杂量的增加,CdS-TiO_2对亚甲基蓝的降解率逐渐增大;当CdS的掺杂量为5%时,降解率最高,达到57%。TiO2and CdS-TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared with sol-gel method,and they were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy.The results indicate that TiO2 is anatase and CdS is hexagonal after 500℃ vacuum treatment.CdS-TiO2 has the smallest particles with CdS doping amount of 5% molar fraction.Cd and S atomic ratio approaches1∶1.And CdS doping results in red shift of the absorption edge of TiO2.With the increase of doping amount of CdS,photocurrent of CdS-TiO2 is enhanced firstly and then weakened,and 5% CdS-TiO2 has the highest photocurrent of 1.2mA/cm^2.The results of degradation experiments of methylene blue in visible light show that with the increase of CdS doping amount,the degradation rate of methylene blue increases gradually by CdS-TiO2.The highest degradation rate of methylene blue is 57%,which is attributed to5% CdS-TiO2.
