摘　　要：运用PDCA对医院门急诊危急值管理情况进行分析,对门急诊危急值信息化管理系统从制度、环节等方面进行改进,使门急诊危急值制度更规范,范围更全面,信息获取更便捷且事后可追溯,全面提高了门急诊危急值管理水平。By using PDCA, the emergency values management in the Outpatients and Emergency Departments in hospital was analyzed. The key points were improved from aspects of system and process of critical values informatization management, which made the critical values system more standardized, more comprehensive, more convenient access to information and can be traced back, and comprehensively improve the critical values management level in the Outpatients and Emergency Departments.
