摘　　要：分级诊疗是新医改的重要内容,其目标是实现基层首诊、双向转诊,实质是实现医疗资源配置和使用效率的最大化。以大型综合医院的视角,从合理定位、资源重组、理顺流程、信息化建设、科学管理等5个方面,探讨了促进分级诊疗的策略与建议。Hierarchy medical system is an important part of the new healthcare reform, which aims to achieve the first diagnosis and treatment in primary hospital and dual referral. It also aims in maximizing of medical resources allocation and high efficiency essentially. The strategies and suggestions on strengthening the implementation of hierarchy medical system were explored in the perspective of the tertiary hospitals from five aspects, including reasonable positioning, reorganization of resources, rationalization of the process, information construction, and scientific management.
