摘　　要：通过润滑脂寿命的静态和动态试验,对空气处理机组中风机轴承润滑脂的有效使用寿命进行研究,分别给出通用润滑脂和优质润滑脂的寿命估算公式,并对轴承润滑脂的补脂量进行研究。指出根据估计寿命值和补脂量对风机轴承进行定期的维护保养,可以有效减少空气处理机组中风机轴承失效问题。The effective service life of bearing grease is studied for AHU fan by static and dynamic test,and the estimation formula of service life is given for normal and high quality grease.Moreover,the grease filling quantity is studied.It＇s pointed out that through the periodical maintenance for fan＇s bearing according to the estimated service life and grease filling quantity,the bearing failure of AHU fan can be decreased effectively.
