摘　　要：[目的]探讨应用根本原因分析法在提高痰标本合格率中的作用。[方法]应用根本原因分析法对我院2012年1月—12月2 440例不合格痰标本进行分析,找出影响痰标本不合格的因素,明确根本原因,制定改进措施并于2013年开始实施;比较改进措施前后痰标本合格率、病人满意度和医生满意度。[结果]应用根本原因分析法改进措施后痰标本的合格率、病人满意度和医生满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]运用根本原因分析法分析痰标本质量问题,能有效找出影响痰标本不合格的根本原因,从而制定有效的改进措施,提高痰标本合格率和满意度,促进护理质量持续改进。Objective： To probe into the application effect of root cause analysis in improving sputum specimen qualified rate. Methods：A total of 2 440 cases of unqualified sputum specimen from January to December in 2012 were analyzed,then to find out the influencing factors of unqualifie d sputum specimen, clear the root cause,develop improvement measures and carried out from 2013. The sputum specimen qualified rate ,patients＇ satisfaction and doctor＇s satisfaction were compared before and after improving measures. Results： The sputum specimen qualified rate,patients＇ satisfaction and doctor＇s satisfaction after were higher after improvement measures of root cause analysis than those before implementation （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： To analyze the quality problems of sputum specimen by using root cause analysis could effectively find out the root reasons influencing the sputum specimen qualified, and then making effective improvement measures, enhance the qualified rate of sputum specimen and satisfaction degree, and promote the quality of care continued to improve.
