益气清络方对类风湿关节炎患者炎症状态及代谢指标的影响  

Effects of “Yiqi Qingluo Decoction”on Inflammatory and Metabolic Indexes in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气清络方辅助传统西药治疗对类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者炎症和代谢指标的影响。方法:纳入60例RA患者,随机分成治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。两组患者均给予甲氨蝶呤(MTX)口服治疗,治疗组辅以益气清络方口服,对照组辅以安慰剂口服,疗程为12周。分别于治疗前后检测并比较两组患者的血沉(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)、C反应蛋白(C reactive protein,CRP)、D-二聚体(D-Dimer,D-D)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、三酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL)水平。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者的ESR、CRP、D-D水平较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.01),对照组患者的ESR、CRP水平较治疗前亦明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),且治疗组患者的D-D、CRP水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者的FBG、TC、LDL水平均明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),HDL水平显著升高(P<0.01),对照组患者的HDL水平亦显著升高(P<0.01),且治疗组患者的TC水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气清络方结合传统西药治疗可更为显著地改善RA患者异常的炎症状态和代谢紊乱。Objective： To investigate the effects of ＂Yiqi Qingluo Decoction＂ with conventional western medicine on the inflammatory and metabolic indexes in patients with rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods： A total of 60 patients with RA were enrolled and randomly divided into the treatment group （n = 30） and the control group （n = 30）. All the patients were orally treated with methotrexate （MTX）. Additionally, the patients in the treatment group were treated with ＂Yiqi Qingluo Decoction＂ and the patients in the control group were treated with placebo. The treatment course was 12 weeks. The levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR）, C-reactive protein （CRP）, D-Dimer （D-D）, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC）, high density lipopretein （HDL） and low density lipoprotein （LDL） were detected and compared in both groups before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, the levels of ESR, CRP and D-D in the treatment group were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.01 ）, the levels of ESR and CRP in the control group were also obviously decreased （ P 〈 0.01,P 〈 0.05 ）, and the levels of D-D and CRP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the levels of FBG, TC and LDL in the treatment group were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）, the level of HDL in the treatment group was significantly increased （ P 〈 0.01 ） , the level of HDL in the control group was also significantly increased （ P 〈0.01 ）, and the level of TC in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： ＂Yiqi Qingluo Decoction＂ combined with conventional western medicine can more significantly improve the abnormal inflammatory conditions and metabolic disorders in patients with RA.
