摘  要:纳滤作为一种先进的水处理技术日益受到重视和广泛应用。水经磁场预处理后其团簇状态及相关特性将发生变化,会对纳滤性能产生一定的影响。实验研究了磁化时间、磁场强度、磁化温度及去磁时间对纳滤膜通量的影响以及磁化预处理对软化除盐效果的影响。结果表明,膜通量与磁化时间、磁场强度呈正相关;在不同的温度下,磁化均能提高纳滤膜通量;进水磁化后再移除磁场,膜通量逐渐下降并恢复到磁化前的水平。在软化除盐方面,出水水质不变的情况下磁化能提高出水膜通量。Nanofiltration,as a kind of advanced water treatment technology,has drawn more and more attention and has been used widely. The state of clusters and related characteristics of water will be changed after pretreated in magnetic field,and will exert some influences on nanofiltration capability. The influences of magnetizing time,magnetic field intensity,magnetizing temperature and demagnetizing time on nanofiltration membrane flux,and the influences of magnetizing pre-treatment on the effect of softening desalination are studied experimentally. The results show that the membrane flux is positively correlated with magnetizing time and magnetizing intensity. Under different temperature,all magnetization can improve membrane flux. After the influent has been magnetized,the magnetic field can be moved. The membrane flux is decreased gradually and recover to the state before magnetization. In terms of softening desalinization,magnetization can improve the membrane flux,on the premise of unchanged effluent water quality.
