摘 要:目的探讨血清25-羟基维生素D_3与糖耐量减低合并周围神经病变的相关性。方法选取2012年1月—2014年7月在内分泌科门诊就诊及健康管理中心行健康检查的人群中诊断为糖耐量减低的108例患者,根据其是否合并周围神经病变分为神经病变组(50例)和非神经病变组(58例)。比较2组患者的25-羟基维生素D_3水平的差异,并分析25-羟基维生素D_3与糖耐量减低各项临床指标间的相关性。结果神经病变组和非神经病变组患者25-羟基维生素D_3分别为(16.1±4.2)、(19.6±4.7)ng/m L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);神经病变组和非神经病变组患者25-羟基维生素D_3缺乏率分别为80.0%、41.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);25-羟基维生素D_3水平与糖化血红蛋白、体质量指数呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论糖耐量减低并发周围神经病变与低25-羟基维生素D_3水平有关,25-羟基维生素D_3、糖化血红蛋白均为糖耐量减低并发周围神经病变的独立危险因素。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum level of 25(OH)D_3 and peripheral neuropathy in patients with impaired glucose tolerance. Methods A total of 108 patients with impaired glucose tolerance treated or examined between January 2012 and July 2014 were recruited in this study. According to whether peripheral neuropathy was combined, the patients were divided into neuropathy group(n=50) and non-neuropathy group(n=58). The level of25(OH)D_3 was measured and compared between the two groups, and the correlation of 25(OH)D_3 with the clinical indexes of impaired glucose tolerance was analyzed. Results The level of 25(OH)D_3 in the neuropathy group and nonneuropathy group was respectively(16.1±4.2) and(19.6±4.7) ng/m L with a significant difference(P〈0.05). The 25(OH)D_3deficiency rate of the above two groups was respectively 80.0% and 41.38%, also with a significant difference(P〈0.05). The25(OH)D_3 level had a negative correlation with body mass index(BMI) and glycosylated hemoglobin(P〈0.05).Conclusions There is a significant relationship between impaired glucose tolerance and 25(OH)D_3 level. The 25(OH)D_3level has a negative correlation with BMI and glycosylated hemoglobin.
