摘  要:对比了攀钢高炉煤气利用率与国内先进高炉的差距,分析了攀钢高炉煤气利用率偏低的主要原因,在于炉料带入脉石含量高,存在较多不利于煤气化学能利用的条件;结合攀钢高炉的相关参数,利用碳、氧平衡方程及区域热平衡方程,核算了攀钢高炉目前条件下的焦碳消耗量,分析了提高煤气利用率潜力,表明攀钢高炉提高1个百分点煤气利用率可降低焦比4.5kg/t;结合国内先进高炉采用的技术,提出了攀钢高炉提高煤气利用率的方向。Comparison of blast furnace gas utilization and the gap between Pangang and the domestic advanced, anal- ysis of blast furnace gas by the main cause for the low rate of Pangang, the charge into the gangue content is high, there are many conditions unfavorable to the utilization of gas chemical energy. Combined with the related parameters of blast furnace, using carbon and oxygen balance equation and the regional heat balance equation, accounting for the coke consumption of Pangang blast furnace under the present condition, the potential of improving gas utilization is analyzed, show that the blast furnace to improve the utilization rate of 1 percentage points in the gas can re- duce the coke ratio of 4.5 kg/t. With the advanced technology of domestic blast furnace, put forward to improve the utilization rate of gas in the direction of the blast furnace.
