摘　　要：针对地理国情要素数据的成果质量问题,该文提出了总体概查、详查、样本外概查的检查流程,分析需要检验的质量元素,确定了不同质量元素的检验方法,进一步区分出可以采用程序自动检查的质量元素,并通过建立规则库,实现部分检查项的批自动检查。然后,研究其余质量检查项的实现方法,明确了普遍问题所在,完善了质量检查项的人机交互检查。最后,对43个县域平方千米的地理国情要素数据成果质量进行检验,其结果表明:该文提出的技术路线是可行的,质量评价结果是客观的。In view of the quality of geographical conditions element data, the inspection process of geographical conditions element data was presented on the basis of detailed analysis of data features, which included specific entry inspection, all entry inspection and specific entry inspection beyond the samples. By analyzing the quality element, quality inspection methods of different quality element were confirmed. For the quality element which could be automatically checked, an applicable rule library was built to achieve automatic inspection of partial inspection items, then, implementation of the remaining inspected items was studied and some common problems were analyzed. Human-computer interaction inspection of inspection items was improved. Finally, the quality inspection of geographical conditions element data of 43 counties were carried out, the results showed that the proposed technical route was feasible and quality evaluation result was objective.
