摘 要:横向磁通永磁电机定子齿槽和电枢线圈在空间上相互垂直,克服了传统电机齿和槽大小相互制约的矛盾,具有转速低、容错性好和转矩密度高等优势,得到了快速发展。基于独特的定子铁心结构,提出了一种结构较为简单的新型模块化横向磁通永磁电机,有效提高了定子空间利用率。介绍了该电机的结构及运行原理,在此基础上,推导了电机功率尺寸方程,给出了电机初步设计方法。采用三维有限元方法,对横向磁通永磁电机进行电磁分析,给出了空载磁链和空载反电势波形以及定位力矩和最大铁心磁通随不同气隙长度的变化波形。Transverse flux permanent magnet (TFPM) machine with stator tooth and the armature winding structurally perpendicular to each other was developed for its merits of low speed, high fault-tolerant capacity and high power density. A novel modular TFPM(MTFPM) machine was proposed, in which the modular stator structure was adopted, so that the maehine stator could he simplified and utilized more reasonably. Details of the structure and operation principle of this machine were introduced, based on which, the electromagnetic formulae were derived and the initial design method was given. In additional, the electromagnetic performances, including the no-load flux- linkage, no-load EMF, cogging torque, and peak value of stator tooth flux were analyzed by 3-D finite element method.
