吉林省中部城市群发展阶段评价与分析

摘　　要：城市群是在工业化、城镇化进程中出现的区域空间形态的高级现象,城市群发展阶段的分析是城市群建设中需要认清的首要问题。分析了城市群发展生命周期和城市群发展的空间结构演变过程,对城市群的发展过程进行了四阶段划分,并以吉林省中部城市群为例,采用模糊综合评价方法对吉林省中部城市群的发展阶段进行了计算与分析。结果表明:吉林省中部城市群处于成长阶段的中期,城市群内城市化发展总体水平较高,但是基础设施水平、城镇体系结构、城市群内部联系水平与外部联系水平尚处于城市群发展阶段中的萌芽期与成长期,需要通过市场与政府的共同作用,来推进城市群的发展和演变,为吉林省内产业与人口的集聚提供支撑载体。Urban agglomeration is an advanced form represented in regional space in the process of industrialization and urbanization. After years of exploration and practice, China has found its way through the spatial strategy of developing urban agglomerations as pillar. Knowing the development stage of urban agglomerations is the precondition for planning and constructing it. This paper analyzes the development evolution life cycle and the evolution process of spatial structure of urban agglomeration, and divides the development of urban agglomeration into four stages based on the studies at home and abroad on the development stages of urban agglomeration. Then it calculates and analyzes the development stage of central Jilin urban agglomerations by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. And the results show that the urban agglomeration in central Jilin is in the middle of the growth stage in the process of the urban agglomeration development. The overall urbanization level is high in the urban agglomeration,hut the infrastructure level, urban system structure, the internal and external links level of the urban agglomeration are still in the stage of infancy and growth in the urban agglomeration development. Thus, it is necessary to promote the development and evolution of the urban agglomeration through the cooperation of market and government, so that the urban agglomeration can provide support for the agglomeration of industry and population inside Jilin Province.
