摘 要:介绍了冰箱风道气动噪声的计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真方法,应用Fluent软件对BCD-301W型家用间冷式冰箱风道流场进行数值模拟。通过流场可视化研究噪声形成的原因,并寻求降低噪声以提高冰箱性能的方法。为保证数值计算的精确性,风道模型采用实际风道腔体。比较不同边界条件及不同内部结构参数下的内部流场情况,明确了参数变化与其内部流场的关系,对冰箱风道结构的优化设计和降低风道噪声有一定的参考价值。Gave an introduction on CFD simulation method applied to aerodynamic noise of the air duct in refrigerator and adopted Fluent software to perform numerical simulation for flow field of the air duct in BCD-301W household inter-cooled refrigerator. The causes of noise formation in the flow field were examined by visualization in order to find the way to reduce the noise and improve the performance of the refrigerator. To ensure the accuracy of the numerical calculation, the air duct model adopted the actual duct cavity. By comparing the internal flow field under different boundary conditions and different internal structural parameters, the relationship between the parameter variation and the internal flow field was clarified which could be used for optimization design of the air duct structure with noise reduction.
